After one too many comments calling them man haters, Sheyda, Madeline, and Summer are setting the record straight with an entire episode dedicated to the good ones. The rules are simple: no negative man-speak allowed, and anyone who slips gets the buzzer.

The girls kick things off with "I Love Men When…," trading their most specific green flags. Those include men who are protective without being possessive, men who pick up the tab on planning, men who remember the tiny thing you mentioned two weeks ago, and men who have hobbies that have nothing to do with impressing anyone. Madeline tells the story of a sweltering Nashville party bus, a wardrobe malfunction, and the boyfriend who handled it without a single word.

From there, the conversation gets real. They talk about what men think women want versus what actually matters, why emotional intelligence is attractive, the manosphere and what's getting lost in the conversation about masculinity, and why modern dating's endless options have everyone chasing a 100% match when 80% might be the sweet spot.

Plus a rapid-fire round of small gestures that make them melt, and a forehead guessing game that doesn't go quite as planned.

This week, the girls play a very unserious game of "could you survive this?" – and spoiler alert, the answer is mostly no.

We run through zombie apocalypses and deserted islands (fire-starting skills: questionable), then debate which reality dating show would actually break us – Survivor, Temptation Island, Love Island, The Bachelor, all of it. From there it's a trip back in time: medieval plagues, the Salem witch trials (turns out one of us is a literal descendant of an accused witch), gladiator combat, and a deep dive into real Titanic survival statistics by ticket class. We also stress-test our odds as kindergarten teachers, flight attendants, wedding planners, and lifelong roommates, because apparently that's scarier than the zombies.

Basically: none of us are making it out of the Colosseum, but we'd absolutely win The Amazing Race.
