With academic credentials in Social Work and Conflict, Peace, and Development Studies, Mibusha brings a wealth of experience and a deep sense of empathy to her work, particularly in supporting women survivors of conflict.

    Urmila Chaudhary, a valiant women’s rights activist from the Tharu community, is a testament to the human spirit’s resilience. Having endured 11 years as a domestic slave under the Kamlari system, Urmila emerged as a champion for women’s rights, earning international acclaim and multiple human rights awards for her tireless advocacy.
