"Back to the 5th grade!" by Steve Adams

Recently, I was invited back to a local school to present some basic electrical lessons to the 5th graders.

The required points included magnetism, conductors and insulators and open and closed circuits. I also have visual demonstrations that show these concepts to the kids and I try to make the whole program interactive.

I always take questions from the students. Some wanted more details on 3D printing concrete and others commented on how they had an electric heat pump at their home. The majority were curious about the travel aspect. They asked about what food was my favorite or if I had seen Giraffe while in Africa. Others wanted to know how I communicated with non-English speakers in Germany. One wanted to know if I had seen Mt Everest while in Nepal.

All of us have curiosity, but many never have the chance to be encouraged to explore that curiosity. I am sure the kids learned about electricity, but I was more pleased they learned how it can lead to a larger world of experience.

Jan 15 Jan 6 2021 Emerging Truth

The longer I live, the more I see that history has a way of discovering the truth, no matter how long it takes. Maybe we'll even find out who killed JFK. But it seems we're already finding out that January 6th, 2021 will go down in history as the day the government staged a riot to cover up the fact that they certified a fraudulent election. We should never forget the jailing of the January 6th defendants was the first time in American history where the federal government made Americans into political prisoners. That's what dictators do to citizens who say or do the wrong political thing. My friend Diane Gruber knew that the men demanded Biden be sworn in, and that the Deep State was turned against the American people. The persecution continued the entire four years. I would have voted for Mr. Trump just to see those political prisoners pardoned.

If you think things are bad where you live, maybe you should try Seattle for a while. I just read that the new mayor of Seattle is going to prosecute people who make any complaints against Somalis who are actually committing crimes. You're not allowed to call the police if you see one committing a crime. You will be accused of a hate crime. Fraud isn't allowed to be uncovered in Seattle. And the mayor put out an edict. "We will not tolerate anyone who tries to intimidate, harass, or film Somali child care providers." The problem is when they film those child care centers, there's no children there. It's also a hate crime to expose fraud that is costing American taxpayers literally hundreds of billions of dollars each year. And it's destroying our country.

Jan 13 No straight white men please

I'm a straight white male, just like the millions of other straight white males that are being persecuted. For instance, my friend John applied for a position with the government for which he was overqualified. But they told him, "No, we're going to use you to train the DEI hires." Problem is, those DEI hires, which are under qualified, are now going to be paid more than the guy who knows the job and has been ordered to train them. It seems their only qualification is: they're not straight white men, and probably they're not Christians either. Christianity is another bad thing in the new America. It bugs me that the DEI hires don't have to follow the rules and get promotions in spite of doing a mediocre job. And I'm hoping Mr. Trump can put an end to this tyranny.

Jan 12 Professional rioters again

Well, it appears that the professional protesters and rioters and burners and looters have found another cause. And once again, George Soros and his minions are going to pay them well to burn, loot, kill and cause mayhem wherever they go. A few years ago, it was career criminal George Floyd who died of a legal police technique to subdue him. But he was so full of fentanyl, the coroner said it was three times the amount to kill him. Nonetheless, cities were burned. Now, it's ICE and the flyers are out. Get ready to kill the ICE agents. And while they riot on behalf of illegal aliens, they're also going to riot on behalf of a narco terrorist being kidnapped by President Trump. Riots that have no place in a civilized society. But the left just isn't civilized.
