Former security guard Emani Ellis alleged that Cardi B scratched her face, spat on her, and verbally attacked her during a 2018 encounter outside a Beverly Hills medical office. Cardi B admitted that the two exchanged heated words but firmly denied that the confrontation ever became physical. She testified that she believed Ellis was recording her during a private doctor’s visit while her pregnancy had not yet been made public.
