• Trust Again To Move Forward
    Oct 29 2026

Trust Again To Move Forward I think sometimes we say we want to move forward...but we're still carrying everything that happened behind us.The disappointment. The betrayal. The regret. The fear. The resentment. The version of ourselves we don't like anymore. And then we wonder why moving forward feels so heavy.Beautiful, you don't have to forget your past to move forward. You just have to stop allowing it to lead you.Your past can teach you.It can give you wisdom. It can sharpen your discernment. It can show you what matters. But it doesn't have to make every decision for you.You can remember without reliving. You can forgive without forgetting the lesson. You can trust again without becoming naïve.You can love again without abandoning your boundaries. You can hope again without pretending you won't ever be disappointed. That's what moving forward looks like. Not pretending nothing happened. But refusing to let what happened become the ceiling over what God can still do.So as we close this month, I want you to think about this:What are you ready to stop carrying? And then ask:What are you ready to trust God with?Because there is a difference between remembering your story...and remaining trapped inside it.Your past is part of your story. But it does not have to lead your future.#trustingagain #choosingtotrust #releasethehurt #moveforward #lettinggoofthepast #anewyou #exposeit

  • Forgive Yourself
    Oct 22 2026

Forgive YourselfCan we talk about the person you might be having the hardest time forgiving? You.Maybe you've forgiven the person who hurt you. But you haven't forgiven yourself. You're still thinking about the decision you made. The relationship you stayed in. The opportunity you missed. The thing you said. The thing you didn't say. The time you wasted. The signs you didn't recognize. And you keep replaying it."I should have known better.""I should have left sooner.""I should have seen it.""How could I have been so..."But let me ask you something. Did you know then what you know now?

Probably not. Because if you had today's wisdom back then, you probably would have made different choices. But you didn't.You made the best decisions you could with the awareness, information, maturity, and understanding you had at that time.Does that mean you never made mistakes? No.

We have to be honest. Sometimes we need to take responsibility. Sometimes we need to apologize. Sometimes we need to make something right. But responsibility and shame are not the same thing. You can say:"I made a mistake."without saying:"I am a mistake."You can learn from who you were without hating her. That woman needs compassion too.So this week, I want you to ask:What would change if I stopped punishing myself for something I've already learned from?Maybe it's time to give yourself permission to become.

  • Forgiveness Without Pretending
    Oct 15 2026

Forgiveness Without PretendingI want to talk about forgiveness this week. But not the version of forgiveness where we pretend nothing happened. Not the version where someone hurts you and you're expected to smile and say, "It's okay."Because sometimes it wasn't okay. Sometimes it was deeply painful. Sometimes there were consequences. Sometimes there was no apology. Sometimes you never got the explanation you deserved. And yet...you're still carrying it.The anger. The disappointment. The conversation you wish you could have had.The apology you never received. The question of why.And maybe you're tired. Not because what happened didn't matter. But because carrying it is exhausting. That's where forgiveness can become something different.Forgiveness isn't saying: "It didn't matter."It can be saying: "It mattered. It hurt. But I'm not carrying it anymore."And here's something else I want you to hear: Forgiveness does not automatically mean reconciliation. It doesn't mean the person gets access to you again. It doesn't mean you remove every boundary. It doesn't mean you forget the lesson.Sometimes forgiveness simply means you release your right to keep rehearsing the offense. You release the resentment. You release the desire to make them pay emotionally for what they did. And you give that weight to God.So here's my question for you this week:What are you still carrying that you don't want to take into your next season?Maybe that's where forgiveness begins.#forgiveness #brokentrust #forgive #betrayal #brokenheart #anewyou #exposeit

  • How Do You Trust Again?
    Oct 8 2026

    How Do You Trust Again?

What happens when you've trusted someone...and they broke that trust?Maybe they lied.Maybe they disappointed you.Maybe they said one thing and did another.Maybe you gave someone access to your heart, and they mishandled it.And now you find yourself thinking:"I don't trust people anymore."Maybe you don't even realize how much that experience changed you.You became more guarded. You question people's motives. You look for the other shoe to drop. You keep people at a distance. And part of you thinks that's wisdom. But I want you to ask yourself something: Is this discernment... or is this protection?Because there's a difference between learning from what happened and allowing what happened to control every relationship that comes after it.You don't have to become naïve again. You can have boundaries. You can take your time. You can watch someone's consistency. You can pay attention to patterns. You can listen to your intuition. You can pray. But you don't have to build a wall around your heart and call it healing. Sometimes healing means learning how to trust wisely again. And that includes learning to trust yourself. Because maybe one of the people you stopped trusting was you."How did I not see it?""Why did I stay?""Why did I believe them?"Beautiful, you know more now than you knew then. Let that matter.

This week, I want you to think about the difference between walls and boundaries. Where have you built a wall because somebody hurt you?And what might it look like to replace that wall with wisdom?#brokentrust #disappointed #woundedheart #woundedsoul #anewyou #exposeit #learningtotrustagain

  • Trusting When You Don't Understand
    Oct 1 2026

Trusting When You Don't UnderstandWhat if the reason you're struggling to trust God isn't because you don't have faith...but because you really want to know what's going to happen? You want to know how it's going to work out. You want to know when it's going to happen. You want to know what the next season looks like. You want to know whether the thing you've been praying about is actually going to happen. And honestly?I understand. Because trusting God is a lot easier when you already know the outcome. But what if trust isn't about knowing? What if trust is about knowing Who you're trusting?

You don't have to understand every detail to believe that God is faithful. You don't have to know the entire plan to take the next step. And you don't have to pretend you aren't afraid. You can tell God:"I'm scared.""I don't understand.""I don't know what's going to happen."And then still say:"But I trust You."That's faith. So this week, I want you to think about one area where you've been trying to figure everything out.Where are you asking God for the whole map when He may only be asking you to take the next step? You don't need the whole picture. You need enough faith for today. And sometimes that's enough. What's the one thing you're being asked to trust God with right now?#trustinggod #faith #faithjourney #healingjourney #woundedsoul #ANEWYou #exposeit

  • Your Next Chapter
    Sep 24 2026

Your Next ChapterYour next chapter does not have to look like your last one. Maybe your last chapter was painful. Maybe it was confusing. Maybe you made decisions you wouldn't make today. Maybe you spent years trying to survive, trying to figure things out, trying to please everybody else, or simply trying to make it through the day. And maybe you've been looking back at that chapter wondering how you're ever going to become the woman you know you're supposed to be.But here's the thing. You are not required to repeat what you've already survived. You can learn. You can grow. You can make a different choice. You can establish a new boundary. You can finally say what you were afraid to say.You can try something you've never tried before. You can become more intentional about who you allow into your life. You can begin again. And beginning again doesn't mean that everything that happened before was wasted. Sometimes the very things we wish we could erase become the things God uses to give us wisdom, compassion, discernment and a deeper understanding of who we are. That's why I love this scripture in Isaiah 43.God says:'See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?'#steppingintoanewyou #exposeit #anewyou #emotionalwellness #nextchapter #anewthing

  • God Can Handle Your Honesty
    Sep 17 2026

God Can Handle Your HonestyI want to be very clear about what I mean when I say confession.I'm not talking about shame. I'm not talking about beating yourself up. And I'm not talking about making yourself feel worse about what you've already experienced. I'm talking about putting your voice to what's really happening inside of you.Because sometimes we've acknowledged something happened, but we still haven't actually said what it did to us. And that's where confession becomes powerful.Psalm 62:8 says, 'Pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.'

  • You Can't Heal What You Don't Acknowledge It
    Sep 10 2026

You Can't Heal If You Don't Acknowledge ItToday I want to talk about something that sounds simple, but it can be one of the hardest things we ever do. Acknowledging the truth. In my work with women, I have learned that many of us are incredibly good at surviving. We know how to keep going. We know how to take care of everybody else. We know how to smile. We know how to say, 'I'm fine.'But sometimes we become so good at functioning that we don't realize we're carrying something that still needs our attention. And that's why the first step in my Expose It process is Acknowledge It.

John 8:32 — “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”#steppingintoanewyou #exposeit #heal #emotionalwellness #stoprunning #emotionalhealing
