Eric's career has taken him to some of the most famous Michelin-starred restaurants in London and Sydney, as well as in Dublin.

He is a former Head Chef at Chapter One where he led the kitchen to maintain it’s Michelin star for 5 years in a row. Eric is now chef and co-owner of Kicky’s on South Great George’s Street and, in more recent times, Bang on Merrion Row.
