    Mar 1 2021

In the second episode of SLR’s podcast, co-hosts Arlia Hoffman and Mark Elberfeld continue their earlier discussion about boundaries in this new era of living on Zoom and the continued challenges in the education system.

  • Introduction
    Feb 26 2021

Introducing Spiral Leadership Radio hosted by the founders of Spiral Leadership Group, Arlia Hoffman and Mark Elberfeld. In this introductory episode, Mark and Arlia share who they are and what Spiral does.

In 2016, Mark Elberfeld and Arlia Hoffman began to envision a company that would provide opportunities for personal and community growth. Their shared desire to bring skills, integrity and compassion to all has brought Spiral Leadership Group into being.

Spiral is named for the motion of the double spiral labyrinth: spiraling inward to greater personal awareness and then spiraling outward to take that awareness into your life and work in the world. Mark and Arlia believe that all people are leaders in some capacity and that this work is for all who feel called to it. They believe in using multiple modalities that may suit the work at hand.

With the events of 2020, Mark and Arlia began Spiral Leadership Radio to bring forward conversations around leadership and culture to a wider audience.
