Emma Ross is the owner of River Oak Boutique in downtown Columbus, Georgia. Emma started the boutique at twenty-two years old after graduating from Troy University eight years ago. With the help of her parents, husband, three loving children, extraordinary employees, and loyal customers, River Oak Boutique went from only being a pop-up to surviving COVID and is now in its second brick-and-mortar location with no signs of slowing down!

Rinske is founder, owner and operator (with her husband Jan) of Working Cows Dairy in Slocomb, Alabama. Immigrating to the United States from the Netherlands in 1985 to start a dairy of their own. In 1991 her family bought a dairy farm in Slocomb where they still operate today. Today, they sell organic milk, butter, cheese, and beef from their grass-fed cows.

In this episode of Small Town - Big Dreams, Rinske tells about her family's journey of how they came to Slocomb, making the move to being a grass-fed organic dairy, and how she got into cheese making (Rinske Cheese).
