Sorry I've been busy onsite this week. Recorded on Friday, so hopefully you can still grab it.

Please share, please contribute to our podcast.

Thankyou Ryan

A new name for the work I’ve been doing all along 🏠🛠️
After 26 years in property and construction, I’m moving on from the Weston Timber Ltd name and introducing Maxibrite Property Maintenance Ltd.
Timber and joinery are part of my skill set, but the name Weston Timber never showed the full picture. My work covers property maintenance, renovations, carpentry and joinery, construction and new builds across South Wales.
I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects for major housebuilders and councils, and I’m proud of the experience I bring to every job. This new name better reflects the work I do and where I’m taking the business.
Thank you to everyone who has followed, supported or worked with me so far. I’m looking forward to sharing more of the projects behind Maxibrite Property Maintenance Ltd.

I’m Ryan, a carpenter and joiner, gas safe engineer based in South Wales with 26 years of experience in property and construction.

On this channel, I share the real work behind property maintenance, renovations, carpentry, construction and new builds — the challenges, the decisions and the finished result. I’ve worked on projects for major housebuilders and councils, and I’m still learning and expanding what I do.

This channel was formerly called Weston Timber Ltd. The name has changed because my work has always been about much more than timber. If you enjoy seeing how property projects really come together, you’re in the right place.

My business is Maxibrite Property Maintenance Ltd.
