• This Valentine's Day - Choosing Yourself
    Feb 9 2026

Valentine’s Day has always been one of my favourite days of the year, and for a long time, it was all about romance. But this year, I found myself reflecting less on love in the traditional sense and more on the ways I’ve learned to choose myself, through motherhood, marriage, health, and self-reflection.

This is an honest conversation about self-worth, sustainability, and turning love inward, using the Five Love Languages as a framework for personal care rather than romance. A reminder that choosing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.

You don’t need to wait to be chosen. You already are.

  • Master of None - Portfolio Careers
    Jan 25 2026

In this episode, I reflect on my own evolving relationship with work, creativity, and success and why I’m drawn to the idea of portfolio careers.

Through personal reflections, motherhood, health, intuition, and examples from artists and creators past and present, I explore why not everyone is meant to follow a single, linear career path and why building slowly, intentionally, and in alignment can be just as meaningful.

This isn't a how-to success story, this is a conversation about noticing patterns, following curiosity, and being inspired by people who’ve successfully built careers across multiple roles and disciplines.

  • Representation Matters
    Jan 14 2026

From fabric stores in Cabramatta to runways and billboards, this episode reflects on creativity, culture, and why being seen truly matters.

Growing up as a Sri Lankan girl in 1990s Australia, creative expression was encouraged, but rarely imagined as a future. I share how the absence of representation shapes confidence, career choices, and why so many South Asian creative paths fade, not from failure, but from isolation and lack of support.

This episode offers a perspective from inside the creative industry, and a reminder that visibility shapes possibility, especially for the next generation.

  • From Childhood Trees to Our Family Christmas
    Dec 25 2025

From a tree cut down in a suburban front yard to a Christmas filled with handmade ornaments and childhood memories.

In this episode, I reflect on a childhood Christmas in 1994 when my dad cut down a tree from our driveway so we could have a Christmas tree inside the house, and surprised my brother and me with two small but unforgettable gifts.

Growing up with immigrant parents meant love was often shown quietly, through thoughtful gestures rather than words. Those moments stayed with me and shaped the kind of Christmas traditions I now create with my own family.

This episode is about memory, family, and how the smallest moments often become the ones we carry for life.

  • Style Lessons from Jane Birkin and My Daughters
    Dec 4 2025

From saving my Adidas sneakers “for important days” in the 90s, to watching my daughters wear tulle to Woolies without a second thought, this episode explores how childhood messages shape the way we treat the “good” things in our lives.

I share the story of Jane Birkin, the woman who used her Birkin bag the way it was meant to be used, fully, joyfully, imperfectly and how her philosophy changed the way I see style, motherhood, and everyday life.

If you’ve ever saved your favourite clothes for “one day,” this episode will remind you: the important day is today.

  • Remembering You
    Nov 26 2025

What if the strongest, most intuitive version of you… is actually the child you used to be?

Inspired by Melinda Gates’ “re-be the girl you were” message, I explore how many of us lose pieces of ourselves to expectations, adulthood, relationships and responsibility… and what it really takes to reconnect with the girl who always knew who she was.

I talk intuition, confidence, energetic alignment, the power of a 9 Year ending, and the fresh new cycle awaiting us in 2026. And most importantly why minimising yourself under the guise of being “humble" actually hurts you.

If you’ve ever felt like you drifted from the real you, this one’s for you.

  • The Art of the Clapback
    Nov 5 2025

When journalist Kayla Nicole channelled Toni Braxton’s He Wasn’t Man Enough for Halloween, the internet lost its mind, was it petty, or pure power move?

This week, we unpack the art of the musical clapback, from 90s icons like Brandy and Monica to Kendrick Lamar’s They Not Like Us.

Why do we love songs that bite back? Because they’re more than shade, they’re emotional alchemy.

We’re talking empowerment, authenticity, and the healing frequency of a good diss track.
