    Today's message is one that has been repeatedly given to me as of late.

    If you are listening to this episode in real time, we are in Mercury Retrograde, Scorpio season, and today is the New Moon in Scorpio.

    The energetic and natural season that we are in is asking us to go inward, deeply, courageously… to ground, to surrender, to inquire with ourselves: What is my truth today? What might be an old story or an old belief or societal programming?

    Be curious.

    Be compassionate.

    Decide today who you want to be. How do you want to show up?

    Then, how can you re-align with that version of yourself?

    I also want to remind you that if this episode found you at some point in the future, know that it is meeting you where you are at.

    You are receiving the message when you are meant to hear it, regardless of the present cosmic energy or season you are in.

    If you know me personally or have been listening to the podcast… you know that emotions and I are synonymous.

    Understanding, accepting, and ultimately learning to love my deep emotional nature has been a lifelong journey. As a highly sensitive person and an empathic deep feeler, this pillar of health is a key focus for me in my life and one that I work through daily.

    This powerful episode might just be the unlock that you need to level up, and it is perfect for this Scorpio season of depth and this time of mercury retrograde when we have an opportunity to reflect, re-assess, and re-align.
