Federal prosecutors allege that between November 2022 and April 2024, Miller engaged in a pattern of harassment that included repeated unwanted communications, online conduct intended to cause emotional distress, and interference with Mica’s daily life. The indictment also alleges that Miller lied to federal agents during the investigation. Mica Miller was found deceased in April 2024 in Myrtle Beach, and her death was ruled a suicide by authorities.
