Do you and your lover fight well?

Marissa and I have overcome a heap. Attachment issues, addiction, relationship trauma and so much more. A huge principle we're vibing recently is to ask the question: after a fight, is our relationship one percent stronger or one percent weaker? Framing an argument this way gives it purpose, boundaries, structure and above all, direction. It means we're not just fighting to protect ourselves, we're also fighting to connect.
