As you can tell by the title, today, we'll be talking about the recent news that the Supreme Court has denied to hear the proposition brought forth by the California Trucking Association concerning Assembly Bill 5. We'll also discuss what the bill is and what we can expect to happen in the near future. Is AB5 a good thing or a bad thing?
