As the darker, colder days draw near, let’s explore the spirit of winter. The Winter Maker is the spirit that brings winter and is represented in the night sky beginning in December. During this time, we tells stories, gather together, and share warmth and resources. Let’s talk rebirth! This week we dive into past lives, including what it means to be closer to spirit or “the veil" as a child (who remembers their past life) and my hypothesis for why our human condition filters out past lives as we get older. I share my own past life memory and what I’ve learned about how I carry intergenerational and, potentially, inter-life trauma. Lastly, I’ll discuss the pitfalls of focusing on past lives to the detriment of being present with our current selves.

I share a major milestone in my healing journey, how I’ve been reconnecting with my cycle and bleed, and share about the first time I got a period. We’ll discuss how colonization has robbed us of the beauty and power inherent in our cycle and bleed, and dig into how to reconnect to our traditions and practices surrounding the moon time.
