I found a radio station broadcasting in Arlington, Texas. I don’t know who is running it. It calls itself Radio Free Arlington. The songs rarely play all the way through. Something called the Fairmont Broadcasting System keeps interrupting the signal. Sometimes there are voices. Sometimes there are things that sound like they weren’t meant to be broadcast at all. I’ve started recording what I can. These are the broadcasts as I receive them.Arlington Field Lab Schauspiel & Theater

Unlike the previous broadcast, the signal demonstrated continuity and repeated identification.

It did not behave like any pirate radio station I've ever heard.
