    Melissa left corporate America in 2016 to launch Busy Bee Advisors, a Northern California-based accounting and tax firm. She quickly identified a gap in affordable bookkeeping support for small businesses, scaling the firm to nearly $1M in annual revenue. In 2024, she officially launched the 1-Hour Bookkeeping program, which has now guided over 3,000 students and trained 100+ aspiring bookkeepers through her self-paced and live coaching offerings.
