Our Leadership influences and impacts others...

Just like throwing a stone into a very still pond of water... our Leadership impact does not just send out 1 ripple, it sends out many and they in turn cause further ripples.

3 STEP PROCESS TO CONFLICT RESOLUTION

So many of us struggle with how to deal with Conflict in our teams, in our families and in other areas of our lives.

I wanted to share part of the Conflict Resolution module that I use in my Leadership Coaching programs and with my clients so that you can have a strategy that will give you a framework to build a conversation around.

This recording actually comes from the audio of a video that I have recorded and I wanted to repurpose the video into a Podcast. It is full of hints, tips and insights into Human Behaviour that will help you to remove the stress, anxiety and fear that is often around dealing with these situations.
