Today's guest is Tim Hanna. Tim has spent 30 years in local church ministry in Australia, leading local churches in a number of states as well as lecturing at Theological College and in the church leadership space with Willow Creek Australia. His last 10 years have been as CEO of Compassion Australia. i recently had the privilege of getting together for coffee with Tim and I am excited to share his wisdom from years of ministry with all of you.
In part one of our conversation, Tim tells his story and we discuss how important it is to know your "why". We also discuss finding our calling and how to invest in the organizations you are a part of, as well as your family. In part two, we discuss soul care practices that I think you will find helpful as well as the importance of relational deposits and investment into your family over time.
