  • Fear Is Not Your Enemy: Ultra Runner Courtney McQueen on Courage, Mindset & Starting Small
    Nov 21 2025

What if fear wasn’t something to avoid — but something to work with?
Ultra marathon runner and Run Like a Girl co-founder Courtney McQueen shares the mindset that has carried her through adversity, self-doubt, motherhood, burnout, and 230 km stage races.

We explore why fear is protective (and necessary), how to reframe “bigness” into simple steps, and why movement, community, and self-connection matter more than speed.

This episode will make you believe in yourself again—one step at a time.
