Peter, who had denied Jesus, is restored and recommissioned to care for Christ’s people. Are they fleeing from temptation, or leading you into it? Have they been open and honest, in biblical community, and able to clearly define the relationship? Lastly, we can check if they are developing character. Do they have a repentant heart, striving to become more Christ-like and exemplifying the fruits of the Spirit?
