It's like an invisible hand has reached into his guts and is powerfully squeezing, twisting and pulling at his organs, and it feels like his kidneys are going to explode out of his back! If he is lucky, the pain will subside in a few minutes, and no lasting harm will have been done. But if the blow to his balls was sufficiently hard, he could vomit or pass out from shock. YIKES 😳
