The MBTA faces plenty of challenges, from aging infrastructure and service delays to finding ways to make public transportation more reliable. Mayor Michelle Wu is pushing a controversial plan for dedicated bus lanes along Blue Hill Avenue, while also floating congestion pricing for downtown Boston to reduce traffic and help fund transit.
