    Nick: "Make sure you're giving actionable insights. So what can they stop the video and actually go and apply immediately? Whether it's a presentation skill or a business development skill, what can I actually test drive same hour?"

    Nick: "I put video out. What I spoke about in that video that day is what people would reach out to me for for help with. So if I was talking about sales presentation skills, people wanted that."

    Nick: "Once you have traction, you can be more things to more people. Once you're starting to build a base of people that you're connecting with and involved with, I think that's where the opportunity is."

    Nick: "Use bullet points, have a really clear background, start with that. Keep it to under 45 seconds, bonus points for making it actionable insight."
