    • *Month 1 (Choose and Live):* Take one or two habits and work through them daily; review weekly without judgment.
    • *Month 2 (Test and Deepen):* Intentionally put yourself in situations that test your new habits to identify what causes you to regress.
    • *Month 3 (Strengthen and Stabilize):* Establish three to five "non-negotiable" standards that define your new identity.
