 I am Ana Vargas, I am a Reiki teacher and a self-healing instructor; I have been guiding meditations since 2009 My meditations can be listened anywhere as long as you are safe and comfortable. If you are willing to practice meditation as regular activity then I recommend to create a special spot at your place where you can light a candle, use some incense or aromatherapy, pour a glass of water and if you like, some flowers. Drink your water after you meditate and take the time to come back from your experience.
