Aaron Knapp self proclaimed advocate & Candidate for Lorain City Council had a little too much to drink this weekend and is accused of inappropriate behavior towards a female patron of MAHD House Bar & Grille.

When he refused to leave and attacked another patron a fight ensued. Katie will share clips from MAHD Bars Podcast giving their first hand account of what happened and rebutting Mr. Knapps claims that he is the victim.

This is not the first time he has gotten into trouble for inappropriate behavior towards women. September 2024 he was involved in another incident involving an intoxicated woman at the bar.

Katie will be providing some insight to Knapps insane behavior over the last 9 months, how he was working on behalf of some big names in the county.

Katie has been a victim of Mr. Knapps attacks and will be sharing tonight as well!

During this controversy the state agency MARCS was villianized as the big state agency trying to push out the little guy (CCI). Nothing could be farther from the truth. During the Ohio State Auditors Investigation, Dick Miller of MARCS Ohio & Alan Vasu owner of VASU Communications are both interviewed. Both companies were affected by the radio controversy here in Lorain County.

The men shed light on how Medina County & Huron County have been working with Cleveland Communications Inc and how antics pulled in Lorain County are very similar to what they experienced in Medina and Huron.

These interviews shed light on corrupt behavior taking place in Lorain County & prove only ONE Commissioner was pushing for a specific company to be awarded the $7 million dollar contract!

Mean Street News is going to share new revelations about Marsha Blakely & Ray Epps murders that occurred on August 8th, 1991 in Lorain Ohio. The men wrongfully convicted of those murders are known as The Ohio Four.

August of 1991 a young woman named Marsha Blakely was murdered in Lorain, Ohio. Found in the early morning hours of August 8th, behind the "Gateway Plaza" across from the local projects her neck was broken, fractured ribs, and her throat slit. Hours before Blakely's body was found, Floyd Epps, her roommate was struck by a vehicle, dragged, and had his throat slit. It is documented police believed these crimes were related.

The Ohio Four: John Edwards, Benson Davis, Lenworth Edwards, and Alfred Cleveland would later be tried and wrongfully convicted of murdering Marsha Blakely. Floyd Epps murder investigation remains open to this day.

All the men provided alibis to the police, which should have exonerated them. John Edwards and Benson Davis are still incarcerated. Lenworth Edwards (29 years incarcerated) and Alfred Cleveland (27 years incarcerated) were paroled in 2020 both maintained their innocence to the parole board.

Today Alfred Cleveland and Lenworth Edwards continue to fight to bring John Edwards and Benson Davis home, while fighting to clear their own names. All men want justice for the victims Marsha Blakely, Floyd Epps, and their families.

Lenworth Edwards the first to be convicted new motion for a hearing was granted and will be heard by Judge Giovanna Bremke, newly elected Republican Judge today at 2:30pm courtroom 708. (For unknown reason this is not on schedule- will update when I know more, it was scheduled )

Perfect Timing because Captain Robert Vansant was in the news this week! He is demoted while the new Sheriff, Jack Hall, investigates his inappropriate behavior. Sheriff Jack Hall admitted that Vansant confessed to sending inappropriate messages to his witness but told Sheriff Hall that there is "more to the story".

Over the summer Katie published and read inappropriate text exchange where Captain Vansant asks his witness for nudes, to show him her privates, offers to come to her house for sex, and solicits her as a witness against the sitting prosecutor at the time, so that she can help herself and “many others”.

In this last section of the Sept 2024 deposition Captain Vansant/Kenny Lieux/ Ohio Auditor Investigator questioned Jennifer Battistelli about her $100,000 settlement in 2023, her work history, the other women in JD’s life, her tumultuous relationship with JD Tomlinson, and her perception of JDs hatred toward Captain Vansant and her attorney Kenny Lieux.
