• 76. Celebrating 20 Years of Growth, Gratitude, and Grit
    Mar 25 2026
Twenty years in business. It feels both significant and deeply humbling to say that out loud. In this solo episode, I take a moment to pause and reflect on the journey. From leaving what I often describe as the “safe cocoon” of corporate life, to stepping into the unknown, and building RG Dynamics from the ground up. It was not a decision I made lightly, and like many of you, I did not have everything mapped out. What I did have was a strong sense that there was something more I was being called to do. Over the years, there have been many highs, along with challenges, uncertainty, and moments where I have had to dig deep and reconnect with why I started in the first place. What has kept me going is not just the work itself, but the impact. Supporting leaders, working with teams, and helping create workplaces where people can truly thrive, communicate effectively, and lead with intention. What I know for sure is this. It has never just been about building a business. It has always been about purpose. And while so much has evolved over the past two decades, that purpose has remained constant. You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms. Key Takeaways: Your vision becomes your anchor. When you run your own business, there is no one else setting the direction. Your vision guides your decisions, especially during the uncertain moments.Purpose must stay at the centre. The way you deliver your work will evolve, but your why should remain clear. Purpose is what keeps you grounded through change.Growth requires adaptability. Over 20 years, I have seen industries shift, leadership evolve, and expectations change. Staying open and willing to adapt is essential.Leadership starts with self-leadership. You cannot effectively lead others if you are not willing to lead yourself first. Awareness, discipline, and resilience matter.Relationships are everything. At the heart of every successful business and every great leader is the ability to connect, communicate, and build trust. Reaching 20 years in business is not just about longevity. It is about learning, evolving, and continuing to show up with intention. If there is one thing I hope you take from this episode, it is this: stay connected to your purpose, trust your vision, and keep growing. As part of this milestone, I am hosting a complimentary live webinar to share the most powerful leadership insights I have learned over the past two decades. In today’s rapidly changing world, technical knowledge alone is not enough. The leaders who stand out are those who connect, communicate, and lead with genuine human intelligence. In this 90-minute session, I will introduce the five essential behaviours of Leadership Intelligence every modern leader must master. • 75. Beyond AI: Why Fully Human Leaders Thrive with Tané Hunter and Dara Simkin
    Mar 5 2026
Artificial intelligence is accelerating at pace, reshaping how organisations operate and how leaders make decisions. Yet while technology evolves rapidly, the real differentiator is not intelligence alone. It is our ability to adapt, to think critically and to lead with humanity. In this compelling conversation, I am joined by Tané Hunter, Founder of Future Crunch, and Dara Simkin, Founder of Culture Hero. Together, they are co-authors of the book Full Stack Human, a powerful exploration of cognitive bias, adaptability and what it means to lead consciously in complex environments. We explore why adaptability is not a personality trait but a practice, why outdated leadership operating systems are becoming liabilities, and why being fully human is not a soft skill in an AI-driven world. It is the competitive advantage. You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms. Key Takeaways: Adaptability is not a personality trait. It is a practice that can be trained and strengthened.AI can replicate intelligence. It cannot replicate human courage, emotional nuance or meaning-making.Cognitive bias quietly shapes leadership decisions more than most executives realise.High-performing teams are built on psychological safety, clarity and coherence.Outdated leadership models that reward certainty and control are becoming liabilities.Optimism grounded in evidence is not naïve. It is strategic. The leaders who thrive do not prove they are brilliant. They create environments where others can be.Being fully human is not a weakness in business. It is the competitive advantage. • 74. Lead Your Own Health: Breast Density and Early Detection with Professor Wendy Ingman
    Feb 12 2026

As leaders, we often take responsibility for others long before we prioritise ourselves. We show up, push through, and trust that doing the right things will be enough. But when it comes to our health, especially women’s health, awareness and self leadership can be life saving. In this episode of The Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sit down with Professor Wendy Ingman for a conversation that invites us to lead ourselves first. Tune in as this interview could save a life.

Following my own breast cancer diagnosis in 2024, this discussion explores breast density, early detection, and why informed awareness, asking questions, and advocating for yourself are some of the most important leadership decisions you will ever make. Prof. Wendy is a leading breast health researcher at the University of Adelaide and the founder of Informd, a not-for-profit dedicated to educating women and communities about breast density and breast cancer screening.

You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.

    Key Takeaways:
    • Breast density matters more than many women realise. Prof. Wendy explains what breast density is, how common it is, and why it can make breast cancer harder to detect on a standard mammogram.
    • You cannot feel breast density. It is identified through imaging, which is why asking about your breast density after a mammogram is an important act of self leadership.
    • Self advocacy saves lives. We discuss why trusting your intuition, asking questions, and seeking further investigation when something does not feel right is critical, even when results appear clear.
    • Breast awareness over rigid checking. Knowing what is normal for you, including changes in your breasts and under your arms, supports earlier action without creating unnecessary fear.
    • Screening is a leadership decision. Australia’s breast screening program is a powerful, free resource, and showing up for regular screening is one of the most practical ways women can lead themselves well.

  • 73. Think Human. Lead Smarter. Partner with AI. with Bethan Winn
    Jan 20 2026
Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about learning, teaching, and thinking well together. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Bethan Winn, speaker, facilitator, and author of The Human Edge, to explore what leadership really requires in a world shaped by speed, AI, and constant noise. Bethan, founder of Human Skills Co, challenges that assumption and invites a deeper conversation about what critical thinking really means in practice. This conversation is a timely reminder that while technology continues to evolve, it is our human thinking, judgment, presence, and ability to reflect that create clarity, connection, and meaningful impact. The leaders who thrive are not those who outsource their thinking, but those who strengthen it. You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms. Key Takeaways: The real leadership risk is not artificial intelligence, but outsourced thinking. When leaders hand over judgment, reflection, and decision-making to speed or technology, clarity and accountability erode. Strong leadership requires confidence in one’s own thinking. The human edge is now a critical leadership advantage. Skills such as critical thinking, presence, curiosity, courage, and humility are no longer optional. They are what enable leaders to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change with clarity and confidence.Great thinking depends on the conditions leaders create. Physical space, mental space, and unhurried space are essential for quality thinking. Exhaustion, distraction, and constant urgency undermine decision-making and culture.AI works best as a thinking partner, not a replacement for human responsibility. Used intentionally, AI can challenge assumptions, support reflection, and expand perspective. Leadership still requires ethical judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to respond in the moment.Thinking only matters if it leads to action. Reflection without action creates stagnation, while action without thinking creates chaos. Limitless leaders balance both, turning insight into progress for themselves, their teams, and their organisations. • 72. Less Is More: The Power of Subtraction with Donna McGeorge
    Dec 7 2025
As leaders, many of us are constantly juggling competing priorities, overflowing inboxes, and days that feel fuller than ever. It is easy to believe that adding more tasks, more tools, and more effort is the answer. But what if true productivity comes from doing less? In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sit down with productivity expert Donna McGeorge to explore the transformative power of subtraction. Together, we unpack how simplifying our work, our decisions, and our routines can create more space, clarity, and impact. Donna McGeorge is a speaker, author, and productivity specialist who blends behavioural science with practical, human centred tools that help individuals and teams work smarter. Her approach reframes productivity from a race toward more into a purposeful practice of stripping back what does not serve us so we can focus on what does. You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms. Key Takeaways: Why subtraction leads to stronger leadership. Donna shares how removing unnecessary complexity, instead of adding more layers, often leads to better decisions, clearer focus, and stronger performance. When we eliminate the noise, we make room for what truly matters.Letting go of busy as a badge of honour. We discuss how many of us fall into the trap of equating busyness with productivity. Donna encourages us to shift from asking how much can I fit in to asking what can I let go of to create greater value. The surprising power of constraints. We explore how setting boundaries, time limits, and clear priorities can unleash creativity and drive better results. Limitations are not restrictions. They can be powerful catalysts.Simplifying decisions to reduce overwhelm. By streamlining the choices we make each day, we free up mental energy for more meaningful work. Donna explains how decision fatigue chips away at our productivity and how subtraction helps us reclaim clarity.Rethinking meetings through the lens of less. We talk about how meetings do not need to be longer, fuller, or more frequent. They need to be more intentional. Donna shares simple ways we can reduce meeting overload while increasing effectiveness.Creating space through rhythms and rituals. Together, we explore how predictable habits help simplify our days, reduce stress, and support both performance and wellbeing. When we build structure that works for us, we subtract confusion and add clarity. Sep 29 2025

In this episode of Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Tim Jack Adams, a pioneering voice in human sustainability, someone who believes that energy, connection, and purpose are just as vital as performance. Tim is the founder of GreenX7 and creator of the Battery Check, a science-backed tool used by leading organisations. His book Energised distils over a decade of research and lived experience into a practical framework for leaders and cultures that endure.

Together, we explore what it means to lead sustainably, how connection and wellbeing fuel leadership, and why having fun and nurturing relationships are essential to thriving both personally and professionally.

You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.

    Key Takeaways:
    • Purpose is foundational: Living true to yourself, understanding why you do what you do, is where sustainable energy and leadership begin.
    • Sleep, movement & nutrition matter: Without rest, physical health, and good nutritional habits, other aspects of wellbeing and leadership performance suffer.
    • Mindset shapes everything: Shifting from scarcity, limitation, or external expectations to a growth mindset empowers you to make choices and evolve.
    • Measure your wellbeing: Tools like the Battery Check provide clarity and visibility around your wellbeing in areas like purpose, sleep, fun, mindset etc. Sharing how you’re doing can support accountability and mutual support.
    • Connected leadership: Leadership comes from how you show up, not just the title. It’s a blend of heart, intuition, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
    • Small practices in tough times matter: When life gets messy, simple routines like shared check-ins, small acts of fun, nature immersion, and awareness help recharge and rebuild.

  • 70. Pause, Reflect, Lead: The EQ Advantage with Amy Jacobson
    Aug 17 2025

In this insightful episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I’m joined by the brilliant Amy Jacobson, Emotional Intelligence and human behaviour specialist, speaker, and author of The Emotional Intelligence Advantage: Mastering Change and Difficult Conversations.

Amy is on a mission to simplify E.I. and help leaders and teams understand how their emotions impact performance, communication, and connection. With a deep background in corporate leadership and a passion for decoding human behaviour, she shares why E.I. isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a game-changer.

You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.

    Key Takeaways:

Amy is a sought-after media commentator who’s mission is to break down misconceptions around E.I., help people to increase their emotional intelligence and create purpose-driven teams who get results.

    • Emotional intelligence is not soft, it’s strategic. It drives leadership impact, team performance, and trust.
    • Emotions aren't bad. They just need regulation. Feeling them is essential, but looping or overreacting can derail outcomes.
    • Connection is core. EQ helps leaders build true rapport, especially in diverse, hybrid, and fast-paced workplaces.
    • Self-awareness is the starting point. Take a moment to pause, reflect and ask, “How am I feeling right now?”
    • Leadership is about people, not just performance. EQ helps leaders move from process-driven to purpose-driven.

  • 69. The Power of Care with Dr. Siew Fang Law
    Jul 6 2025

As leaders, we often pour so much into others, our teams, our organisations, our missions, that we forget to pause and check in with ourselves. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Dr. Siew Fang Law, CEO and Co-Founder of Bento Box of Care, to explore what it truly means to lead with balance, care and deep connection.

Dr. Siew Fang Law is an educator, mediator and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience across higher education, nonprofit and international development sectors. Her expertise spans social psychology, peace psychology, conflict resolution, DEI and root-cause therapy.

You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms.

    Key Takeaways:

This conversation was a timely reminder that leadership is not just about doing more. It is about showing up with presence, purpose and a genuine connection to who we are and what really matters.

    • Balance is created, not found. True balance is built through intentional choices that sustain care for self and others.
    • Self-care fuels your best self. Leadership thrives when we give from a full cup, not from what's left over.
    • Resilience means bending, not breaking. Challenges like burnout and bias can build inner strength when met with reflection and care.
    • C.A.R.E. is a daily anchor. Consciousness, Action, Reciprocity, and Equilibrium guide aligned and compassionate leadership.
    • Care spans four dimensions. Lead with intention through self-care, relational care, a culture of care, and soul care.
    • Balance isn’t selfish, it’s essential. You can’t be present for others if you’re not present for yourself.
    • Boundaries matter. Rest, reflection, and saying no are part of sustainable success.
