• Jules Dwyer– Motherhood After IVF and Healing Through Hypnotherapy
    Jan 8 2026

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Jules, a mum of two boys whose journey into motherhood came after 13 rounds of IVF.

After years of focusing on getting pregnant and finally seeing that long-awaited positive test, Jules wasn’t prepared for how deeply her fertility trauma would surface in the first year postpartum. Alongside the gratitude of finally becoming a mum, she navigated overwhelm, limited support, identity shifts, and the isolation that can come with being an older mum who doesn’t quite feel like she fits in.

In this honest and deeply validating conversation, Jules shares what motherhood looked like after infertility, the emotions no one warns you about, the grief that can still exist alongside joy, and how she eventually allowed herself to release what she’d been holding onto for so long.

Now a hypnotherapist specialising in fertility loss and healing in motherhood, Jules has turned her lived experience into meaningful support for other women walking similar paths.

This episode is a reminder that getting pregnant isn’t the end of the story, it’s the beginning of a whole new chapter.
