    Our guest today is one of only 140 chefs globally to have earned three Michelin Stars and one of only 33 who have been awarded an additional green star for their way of creating exceptionally tasteful experiences – Norbert Niederkofler from Bruneck in South Tyrol.

    Norbert is not only one of the world’s leading chefs. He is also a philosopher, an artisan, an artist and a bit of a sustainable rebel in the kitchen. His 16 years of travelling the world gained him international experience and shaped his technical skills. Coming back to his home in South Tyrol, he started to look differently at the way he and his entire profession were doing things. Cook the Mountain was born from his desire to move away from globalized ingredients and instead use what the beautiful nature around him had in stock. In his restaurants he and his team which he calls family showcase the beauty of Alpine products such as native vegetables, herbs, and meat, all sustainably sourced from local producers.

    In his conversation with Robinson Nyotta from Kenya, student at the TUM Campus Heilbronn, Norbert unveils some of his secret recipes for turning a passion into a successful and sustainable business.

    With 344 matches in the German Bundesliga, 69 matches in the Champions League and numerous other games in the Euro League and FIFA World Championships, UEFA European Championships and many others, Felix knows unlike anyone else what it means to take decisions within a fraction of a second and what this has to do with leadership. Suzanna Randall, a German astrophysicist working with the European Southern Observatory (ESO) and the ALMA telescope project, is at the forefront of research into star evolution. Her work extends beyond Earth, as she prepares to contribute vital research on the International Space Station. Her dedication to bridging the gender data gap in space medicine and her commitment to exploring new worlds exemplify her boundary-pushing spirit.
