AI was created to help humans process information faster, reduce repetitive labor, and make better decisions at scale. It was designed to handle tasks that are time-consuming, data-heavy, or prone to human error so people can focus on creativity, strategy, and leadership instead of routine work. But AI has its down side, it has been use for fraud and scams. AI is increasingly used in fraud and scams by enabling criminals to automate and scale deception more effectively. Scammers use AI to generate realistic phishing emails and text messages, create deepfake voices or videos to impersonate trusted individuals, and analyze personal data to tailor scams that feel highly convincing. AI can also be used to mimic writing styles, bypass basic security checks, and run large volumes of scam attempts at once, making fraud harder to detect and more persuasive to unsuspecting victims, in this case AI, is, "The Big Bad Wolf". www.TheWordOut.ai
