Then came a rental in Sydney she knew she'd eventually lose, a partner who said "what about Phuket?" and a decision to buy a house off the floor plan in a country she barely knew.

"Whatever you do for yourself is never crazy enough." That's what Silvia said in our conversation, and knowing her, she really embodies that motto. She has a very inspiring career spanning BCG, Nike, and now she's VP Sports, Kids and Underwear at Best Secret, the role she says that “ticks all the boxes of what I was looking for”. I met Hugo when he became President of AIESEC International. To me he was this distant, inspiring figure at first, the person everyone in the room was watching. Years later we both ended up in Amsterdam and he became a friend whose career choices I kept learning from.
