In this episode, I talk about the importance of being available to people even when you don't necessarily agree with them. This happens on the job or in the family. If we're able to have a conversation with people, hopefully we can be in a better space. It's not easy. My brother and I struggled with one another, but we had love for each other.

In October, I had two sons to marry. One in North Carolina and the other in Arizona. I talk about the importance of saying you're sorry. I was married for thirty-nine years and had to beg my late wife's pardon on many occasions. It happens. Being married is difficult but a good relationship is key, and This Will Be Work!
