For the very first episode of Up North Uncut, Johnny and Cody sit down with their good mate Dane to kick things off.
We introduce ourselves, talk about where we’ve come from and how we ended up doing what we do, before getting into some of our favourite memories and experiences from Cape York.
There’s plenty of hunting, fishing, camping and Cape yarns, stories from Dane’s years spent up north, some of the characters we’ve met along the way — and the story of the night we managed to put a boat on the bottom in 20 metres of water, in the middle of the ocean, in the middle of the bloody night.
Nothing scripted, nothing polished — just three mates sitting down, having a laugh, talking a bit of shit and sharing stories from a part of the world we reckon is pretty bloody special.
