In today's special episode Sarah Canning and Deenie Lee are joined by Jonathan McDiarmid and Sebastian Loyn of YTL Developments (UK) Limited as they explore Brabazon - the ambitious new town to the North of Bristol.

Brabazon is one of the UK's most ambitious regeneration projects, but today's discussion isn't really about the buildings that will make up this entirely new neighbourhood. Instead, we're exploring some bigger questions;
- Can you deliberately create community?
- Can a masterplanned neighbourhood feel authentic?
- How do BTR, PBSA, residential, coliving and retirement living work side by side?
