  • Britt Moore - Elizabethtown College Men's Basketball Head Coach - Episode 1200

    Britt Moore is in his 9th season as the Men’s Basketball Head Coach at Elizabethtown College where he has the Blue Jays off to a 10-1 start this year.

    Before taking the head coaching position at Elizabethtown, Moore spent six seasons as the head coach at the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford, taking his Panther teams to the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Tournament each season.

    Previously, Moore was an assistant coach at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, for five seasons, including the final two as associate head coach to Rick Ferry. Moore started his coaching career as an assistant at Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania from 2004 -2006.

    As a player, Moore played in 25 games for Elizabethtown as a sophomore in 2000-01 and ended his playing career at King’s College, where he was a two-time letter winner from 2002-04.

    On this episode Mike & Britt discuss the fundamental aspects of basketball that contribute to winning, such as rebounding and defensive effort.   • Brad Stamps - Fayetteville (AR) High School Boys' Basketball Head Coach - Episode 1199

    Brad Stamps is in his 7th season as the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach at his alma mater, Fayetteville High School in Arkansas. Brad’s first job was coaching 8th grade basketball at Woodland Junior High where he worked alongside his mentor and former Fayetteville High School Head Coach Kyle Adams. Stamps later became the head coach at Shiloh Christian where he took a program that had won only one game the year before he arrived and turned it into a 28 game winner and state semifinalist in his final season. Brad also served as the head coach at Springdale High School where he won two conference championships in 6 years and led the team to a state runner-up finish in his fifth year.

    Stamps has also had several stints as an assistant coach and brings a unique perspective regarding the relationships, responsibilities, and skill sets needed to succeed as both a head coach and an assistant.

    On this episode Mike and Brad discuss what it takes to build a successful high school basketball program in 2026. Brad shares the importance of nurturing relationships within the basketball community, particularly between coaches, players, and their families. He explains how effective coaching transcends just on-court instruction, advocating for a holistic approach that fosters emotional connections and personal growth among athletes.   • Donny Lind - Mount St. Mary's University Men's Basketball Head Coach - Episode 1197
    Jan 5 2026

    Donny Lind is the Men’s Basketball Head Coach at Mount St. Mary’s University. In his first season, the 2024-25 team captured the university's first Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) championship with a victory over Iona in the conference title game. They would notch a NCAA Tournament victory - the program's third - by defeating American in the First Four. The 23 wins by the team set a Division I record and were the most by any Mount St. Mary's squad since 1986-87.

    Lind previously served on coaching staffs at both Radford and UNCG under head coach Mike Jones from 2016 - 2024

    In his first stint at the Mount from 2013 – 2016 he was as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator and was on staff for the team’s 2014 Northeast Conference Championship.

    Former Mount Head Coach Jamion Christian brought Lind along from Virginia Commonwealth University where he worked as a graduate manager before being elevated to video coordinator. He was part of the Rams' storied run as the team won 84 games, including seven NCAA Tournament games and the team's run to the 2011 Final Four.

  • B.J. Dunne - MIT Men's Basketball Head Coach - Episode 1196

    B. J. Dunne is in his first year as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at MIT. He spent the past seven years at Gettysburg College, where he put together an 89-68 overall record (.567) and saw his teams advance to four straight Centennial Conference semifinals over the past four seasons. In 2024-25, he helped guide Gettysburg to the program's first 20-win season since 2007-08 and its highest national ranking in program history at No. 8, as the Bullets earned an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament, advancing to the second round before falling to top-seeded Wesleyan (Conn.) in the second round.

    Prior to Gettysburg, Dunne guided the Vassar College men’s basketball program for five seasons. In his first season as head coach, Dunne became the youngest head coach in the NCAA at all levels at the time, and in 2016, he was one of two Division III Coaches named to the Under Armour 30-Under-30 Team.

    Before his time at Vassar, Dunne spent a year as the men’s basketball top assistant coach at Emerson College in 2011-12 under Jim O’Brien, the former head coach at Ohio State University. He was also an assistant coach at Babson College in 2010-11.

    Dunne is a 2010 graduate from Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. He was a three-year letter winner and served as a student-assistant coach as a senior for the Bobcats.
