To impact community is to show up consistently, even when it is uncomfortable. It is choosing to invest in people, nurture safe spaces, and co-create environments where others can thrive. As young adults learn to navigate community with intention, they not only find belonging they become architects of communities that are inclusive, sustainable, and transformative.

To my girls who feel unsure of where to begin remember that starting is often the hardest step, yet it’s the very one that stands between us and our dreams. This week, take action on that idea living in your heart. Do something, no matter how small. You never know what doors will open for you until you have the courage to try.
