Welcome soulfamily to this podcast “Healing on the Go” aiming to support you on the healing journey on a multidimensional level activating mind, body, and soulcalling in alignment, harmony, joy, and peace for humanity.

My name is Pamela, and I am contributing to universal peace. I walked a very deep guided spiritual path to put myself into service of the Divine guiding me, and my family, conscious souls with the knowledge and gifts I called back over lifetimes through this ascension process to 5D New Earth.

This podcast is meant for deeply rooted souls who sense they came here for a mission and daily walk their path. It’s not important how long you’ve walked your path, this podcast supports all seeking to connect with their authentic self, express who they are, and allowing to bring these qualities forward by integrating them into your life with trust and confidence.

It’s a path to surrender to our light and activate our purpose to become our guide/healer in supporting others on their path. It’s a calling, and you already feel this is meant for you.

I’m calling in old souls, light and shadow workers, holistic healers, coaches, and mystics curious to explore and who are willing to shed light into the darkness – surrender to “I am”.

I offer free guidance and a monthly subscription donated to plant trees on Earth (eden-plus.org), as we are all asked to integrate our higher purpose aligning with unity consciousness.

    This is the meditation part only for your practice setting aside 👑15 minutes to come with me into the body reflecting upon how aligned, and centered you are – how does it feel holding ourselves deeply 👑?

    Invitation to anchor this in daily:

    • Set aside 5-10 min time for yourself
    • Feel free to put on a candle
    • Take 5 deep breaths and come into your body
    • Visualise a circle and golden light around you, confirming “I’m safe and protected”
    • Put your hands on your heart and awaken the fire of your heart, feeling the warmth
    • Move your body, find your centre, and get a felt sense of being centered
    • Observe your breathing, any tension or sensations in your body
    • Acknowledge “I see you. I feel you. I’m here.”
    • Breathe in through your nose, long exhales out through your mouth
    • Start holding yourself, hugging yourself, and allowing yourself to come into a deep connection
    • Daily repeat the mantra “I am the light”

    Welcome back to this initiation into self-holding and exploring the connection of timelines and the whispers of our emotions held in our bodies.

    Our nervous system is key to flowing through life calmly and feeling connected. The opposite is feeling trapped in chaos, running around, turning cycle over cycle because we haven’t learned to feel, and releasing trapped emotions – the choice is upon us.

    And yes, these emotional rollercoasters are often draining, yet it’s like learning a new skill – we get better every day the moment we decide to consistently move forward and make space for this growth to happen. Because we are worth living a life in safety and trust that life is for us.

    Today I invite you to set aside 👑20 minutes to come with me into the body reflecting upon how aligned, and centered you are – how does it feel holding ourselves deeply?

    Welcome back!

    We got a lot of clarity over the last 2 weeks regarding responsibilities, how we choose others over our well-being and opened to the idea of “free will” and everyone choosing the path due to their soul's destiny – yet always being reminded, that we are the creators of our life the moment we start to focus and raise our self-awareness, looking beyond the illusions of life.

    Today it’s all about choosing ourselves and equally setting others free walking their path for all of us to start moving forward and getting out of the hamster and karmic loops.

    Reflections for Week 3:

    • For whom do I feel responsible? Why? Is it true?
    • Am I ready to give this responsibility back, to walk my path and trust they walk theirs? (Start minute 12:00 per person)
    • Can I allow myself to focus on myself, despite others who might start rebelling for attention and may start behaving like a child?

    This is a process of shifting responsibilities and calling back our strength as equally allowing others to find their strength. Even as a parent, can we become the conscious guide and teach age-appropriate self-responsibility?

    For those keen on walking ahead on the self-exploration path, the next month is all about “Safety in the Body” to create a strong container holding ourselves to master the emotional rollercoaster of suppressed needs, emotions that are becoming ready to be purged.

    As our body is our vessel, the purging might seem “ugly” yet, the more we let go and surrender, the more light we can hold – especially after emptying the lower 3 chakras to move into unity consciousness.
