This is the meditation part only for your practice setting aside 👑15 minutes to come with me into the body reflecting upon how aligned, and centered you are – how does it feel holding ourselves deeply 👑?
Invitation to anchor this in daily:
- Set aside 5-10 min time for yourself
- Feel free to put on a candle
- Take 5 deep breaths and come into your body
- Visualise a circle and golden light around you, confirming “I’m safe and protected”
- Put your hands on your heart and awaken the fire of your heart, feeling the warmth
- Move your body, find your centre, and get a felt sense of being centered
- Observe your breathing, any tension or sensations in your body
- Acknowledge “I see you. I feel you. I’m here.”
- Breathe in through your nose, long exhales out through your mouth
- Start holding yourself, hugging yourself, and allowing yourself to come into a deep connection
- Daily repeat the mantra “I am the light”
