Happy 'Fraud Friday' Everyone!

Thanks for joining me for episode 4 of 'Fraud', a podcast where I talk to people who are doing amazing things in development and cultural design. This weeks guest is the wonderfully brilliant Amber Anderson!

Amber and I actually worked for the same company for a few months at the beginning of 2022 where we had some delightful chats but didn't get the chance to really deep-dive into getting to know one another and it was only when we parted ways that I fully started to realise just what an amazing development professional she is! Since then I have devoured everything she has shared and am learning so much from her.

She is the founder of Grace + Grit Coaching which focuses on soul-centered leadership transformation and I can honestly say that I haven't come across anyone else who is tackling how to navigate the world of being a great leader whilst also being highly sensitive in such an honest and eye-opening way! And she shares regularly on her own YouTube channel (link below)

Our conversation is incredibly open and honest as Amber holds a mirror up to herself, the advice she has given vs the advice she has taken and where the two meet. I came away from this conversation really thinking on what I do vs what I say when it comes to dealing with the tough times and has already led to me reevaluating my own approach to coaching. Enjoy!
