    Manchester City have lodged a £106m offer for Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson that could reach £120m with add-ons according to both David Ornstein of The Athletic and Fabrizio Romano. However, Forest are standing firm in wanting more than the £125m Liverpool paid for Alexander Isak according to Ornstein, while Romano says Forest want more than £120m.
