After a lifetime of plot twists and “what the hell just happened?” moments, I walked away from the life I knew and moved onto a narrowboat with my bulldog, Albie. Starting over isn’t new to me. I’ve worn many hats, lived many lives across the world, and now in my 40s, recently diagnosed with ADHD and navigating the joy that is perimenopause, I’m finally unmasking and meeting the real me. From childhood abuse to marrying a cowboy in Montana, I realised I had a story worth telling… so I started a podcast. This is unfiltered, occasionally unhinged, real life storytelling. Boat life chaos, questionable choices, deep dives into healing, and the moments that change everything. The messy parts. The funny parts. The healing parts. If you’re figuring life out as you go too, you’re in the right place. Oh, and occasionally, I’ll have guests on board, to experience boat life and chat about how they've inspired me, given me tools or resources, or just made me laugh.
