  • Lift Your Eyes: Psalms 15-26
    Jun 25 2026

This week, we're slowing down a bit.

Instead of rushing through the Psalms looking for the big lesson, we're taking an intentional walk through them together. Lingering a little longer, noticing a little more, and paying attention to where David lifts his eyes when life feels uncertain.

From Psalm 15 to Psalm 26, a beautiful pattern can be seen emerging as David, again and again, redirects his attention. From fear to truth, from uncertainty to God's character, from lament to trust. From himself to the Lord.

    Key Scriptures:

    • Psalm 15:1-2
    • Psalm 16:2, 5, 8
    • Psalm 18:2, 16
    • Psalm 19:7-8, 14
    • Psalm 20:7
    • Psalm 23:1-3
    • Psalm 24:1
    • Psalm 25:4-5
    • Psalm 26:2-3

  • Woven: A Mid-Year Reflection
    Jun 19 2026

We're halfway through 2026 and I wanted to pause and take a look back over the past 6 months.

At the beginning of this year, I chose a word of the year: Woven.

I didn't know exactly what God would do with that word but I knew it was important because I had grown weary of feeling fragmented; different versions of myself showing up in different spaces.

Six months later, I can see what I couldn't have seen in January: God has been weaving!

Through caregiving, uncertainty, and unexpected blessings and opportunities. Through difficult thoughts, growth, healing, and faithfulness.

In this special mid-year reflection episode, I'm sharing what God has been teaching me about taking my own thoughts captive, trusting Him in the unfinished seasons, and recognizing His hand even when the pattern isn't fully visible.

    Key Scriptures:

    Psalm 139:13-14, 2 Corinthians 10:5, 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, Galatians 6:9, Joel 2:25

  • Talk to God Before You Talk to Yourself - Psalms 3-14
    Jun 18 2026

Have you ever noticed that some of the longest conversations you can have in a day are the ones happening inside your own head?

The replaying, worrying, second-guessing, and the what-ifs.

As we continue our summer "side quest" through the Psalms, we're looking at chapters 3-14 through the lens of taking every thought captive and discovering that David had a habit many of us need to adopt.

Before he spiraled, he prayed. Befire he reached his on conclusions, he talked to God.

Before he let fear write the story, he brought his thoughts into the presence of the One who already knew them.

    In this episode we explore:

    • Why thinking alone can be dangerous
    • What Psalm 13 teaches us about honesty with God
    • How to interrupt unhealthy thought patterns
    • Why prayer should come before panic
    • How trust can exist before circumstances ever change

Key Scriptures: Psalm 3:3, Psalm 13:1-2. Psalm 13:5

The goal is not to win an argument with yourself. The goal is to invite God into the conversation.
