We are back! My prayer today for this podcast is that everyone who is so serious surrenders everything to God. First, let’s start out with scripture!

Mark 8: 34-35 says “ Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it. In this, I just hear the holy spirit telling my spirit to pick up your cross and follow me. More on this later.

The time that I think of surrender in the Bible is the story of Jesus in the garden. Here, Jesus had to commit the ultimate act of surrender by literally saying to God all to him he surrenders and he then a few days later was left to go die on the cross but he rose again. It is almost like he had the scripture Jeremiah 29:11 in his head. For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you and not harm you.

My question for you all today and the question I have had to ask myself is why so serious. God allow me to be your vessel on this podcast.

Welcome to the launch of the Esther 4:14 podcast. This has been a long time coming from my first blog post 6 years ago to now becoming a podcast. A full circle moment.

Here at the Esther 4:14 podcast we test the spirit by the spirit, are revolutionary women of Christ and this is where culture and Christianity come to collide. This is where we become equipped to become the Esther of this generation and we let the holy spirit do good work in us. This is where we see what God wants us to do in this world. This is the place where we get the confidence to be the revolutionary women of Christ God called us to be. This is where we come to get our favor affirmed and strengthened. This is where we learn to fight as women with the spiritual tools we can carry in our spiritual purses. You were born for such a time as this.
