Dragons, fairies, and Merlin are still with us. In this episode, Alex Russell-Stoneham joins Lux to talk about how we encounter these energies through the land. Alex is a holistic guide and the host of the Discovering Dowsing podcast. She shares the experiences that first opened her to the spirit of sacred places, including an encounter with the fae, her work with dragon consciousness, and what Merlin energy has taught her about nature, healing, and creativity. We also discuss labyrinths, sacred geometry, compassionate spirit work, and the beauty that can surround death and passage into the spirit world.

What is it like to see spirits as clearly as living people, receive glimpses of other lives, and uncover messages hidden within a bowl of water? In this episode, Lux sits down with psychic medium, tarot reader, and spiritual artist Jasmine of Jasmine’s Eternal Circle for a fascinating journey through her life with the unseen. Jasmine reveals how her abilities emerged in childhood and how she learned to connect with spirit. She also takes us inside her work creating past life and spirit guide paintings, experiencing precognitive dreams and astral travel, working with a diverse team of spiritual beings, and clearing troubled homes of unwanted energies. The conversation concludes with the mysterious practice of hydromancy, through which images, symbols, spirits, and messages rise from the depths of water.

Two veteran forest bathing instructors share how direct, sensory connection with the land can reshape how people relate to themselves, to nature, and to each other. Lux speaks with Lis Kennedy and Roxanne Côté about what forest bathing is, how it draws people into the body and into expanded awareness, and why it remains open to anyone, regardless of background. The conversation moves through personal origin stories, powerful synchronicities in nature, and real-world examples, including measurable shifts in heart rate and stress even under less-than-ideal conditions. They unpack what it is like to guide others through this process, from emotional breakthroughs to reconnecting with a childlike sense of presence. The discussion also covers the creation of their new card deck, how these “invitations” function as open-ended prompts rather than rigid techniques, and how the practice builds autonomy, creativity, and relationship with the natural world.
