My guest for today is Alex Nemiroff, a former lawyer who – against all odds - started a biotech company with no background or experience, to develop a new drug for his son’s severely debilitating ultra-rare disease. After many years and tens of millions of dollars, the experimental drug was administered to patients in an FDA-approved clinical trial, and just last week the company disclosed the incredible results.
