  • Ep #09 Ep 09- All In, Even If It’s a Day Late

    Oh, you beauty. Yesterday was a great day — even if I’m uploading this one a little late. Podcast world doesn’t really care, right? Only a day behind.

    I’d been bitching myself out of doing any exercise, but then I caught myself — “hold on, you can do this.” So I went, got some K’s in, and it felt fantastic. Sauna after that, which was the perfect reset.

    Then came class… but here’s the real talk: I was only doing shakes yesterday, trying to prep like I was going to lose heaps of weight. Honestly, it left me feeling run down. Cracked a little, and realised if I’m going to do late nights, I need proper substance. So I only stuck around until the half break.

    And that’s fine. Some days don’t go perfectly, but all in all — all is good. Another day, another lesson.
