Britt and I reminisce over old memories while discussing the difficulties of teaching a group of uncontrollable class 9 year-olds. Britt has a very specific method to her teaching, and unlike most people, she's not afraid to hurt someone feelings when she knows its good for them. Not only was she a teacher, but Britt was a star player on the D1 Uconn women's basketball team. Throughout her teaching career, Britt has found ways to incorporate her skills in basketball in the classroom -- a crossover I would have never expected!
