Colleen Lang grew up in a small town but worked hard, studied hard and got to the big city, The Twin Cities. She rose through positions and transitions to ever increasing responsibility. But she is ever her mother's daughter, a faithful Catholic, a faithful friend and an open hearted woman. She talks about her life in work. She has wrestled with whether to 'transition' into a male body with medical intervention but has backed away from that for now, saying that she/he just wants to be herself.
