Joe Warren is from Baltimore, Maryland. He has been working at breweries and contributing to the brewing process with some very original ideas for sours. Shawn is one of the original employees of Epulo Bistro. He opened it at it's original location in downtown Edmonds. He is a seasoned bartender who's drinks still remain on the Epulo menu to this day. Currently he's got his own landscaping business and works as a busser at Epulo.

Kris Kelnero is a restauranteur very involved and immersed in the Edmonds community. He, along with his wife Kali own Kelnero and Vinbero. He comes from the FOH (front of house) of the industry and as such, is very service and employee oriented. He has a strong knowledge of mixology and a great love of food.

Tony Vujovic is Washington native very knowledgeable in all things food. From cultivating and growing from seed, pickling, fermenting, baking and overall cooking. He is a self taught chef in every sense of the word. He's got a great palate and a true passion for pizza. He is the Executive Chef and owner of the Local 104. A local pizza restaurant offering Neo-Neapolitan pies along with other delicious dishes focusing on sourcing and using PNW ingredients.
